As an Executive Coach, Workshop Facilitator and Culture Change Partner for a variety of corporate and government clients for the past 15 years, Laura helps leaders transform their teams and organizations into high performance cultures built on trust and collaboration. Her clients include senior leaders in government and industry at NASA, the Navy, FAA, Sandia National Labs, Shell Oil, Chevron, and LexisNexis.
