Going beyond the scope of the goal setting and strategic planning that takes place in typical change management programs, Veronica will focus on those individuals who are charged with the responsibility of making change happen.  We’ll explore the latest concepts that impact and effect employees and organizations during times of change and change initiatives. Veronica will introduce a tool that easily reveals how well an individual or group is coping with changes taking place in their personal and professional lives.   Attendees will leave with an expanded understanding of the change process, a deeper understanding of human behavior and a heightened awareness as to how employees are dealing with change.

Veronica Wolfe, CPCC is an independent management consultant and leadership coach with a track record of strengthening organizational performance by improving processes, empowering people and leveraging technology.  Her career spans 25 years in positions ranging from Receptionist to Vice-President in the areas20of Accounting, Human Resources and IT.  As a consultant, she specializes in the areas of change management and communications, and in facilitating professional growth and performance improvement for executives and their teams.  Some of her Bay Area clients include Chevron, Cisco and Webcor Builders.
